- 2 oz. Brugal Añejo Rum
- .75 oz. Ginger Syrup
- .75 oz. Fresh Lime
- Splash of Soda Water
Shake, strain over ice in a Collins glass. Float 1 oz. of Cruzan Black Strap Rum. Garnish with lime.

- 2 oz. Brugal Añejo Rum
- .75 oz. Lime Juice
- .5 oz. Honey Syrup
- .5 oz. Cinnamon Bark Syrup
- Muddled Fresh Kiwi
