Halloween is on Saturday, but most of you are probably going to host a ghostly and spooky party tonight. Along with serving Indian corn, candy pumpkin, and candy corn, you can really impress your guests this year by serving a dark cocktail. Spice Cask is a stirred, Old Fashioned-style drink made with hints of Cinnamon and Brugal 1888 (SRP $49.99) – a dry rum first aged in American Oak barrels, then matured in Sherry Oak casks to give it more of a fine Scotch-like profile.
